How to Submit
It is mandatory to register for the conference before submitting an abstract (Paper, Poster, Lecture, Workshop, or Panel Discussion).

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- It is mandatory to register for the conference before submitting abstracts.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English with sections: Aims and Objectives, Background, Methodology, Results, and Conclusions.
- Last date for submission: 15th November 2025.
- Abstract word limit: 250 words. Tables, images, and graphs must be in JPG format.
- The Scientific Committee will review and notify authors of selection via email.
Presentation Formats & Timings
Research Papers (Oral Presentation)
10 minutes total (8 for presentation + 2 for Q&A). Max 5 slides (excluding title). Follow IMRD structure.
Case Report / Case Series
10 minutes (8 + 2). Max 5 slides (excluding title). Include history, management, and key learning points.
Poster Presentation
- Poster size: 4 ft height × 2 ft width.
- Use Times New Roman font in English.
- Include Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
- AFPI logo must be present on the poster.
- Presentation: 5 minutes + 3 minutes Q&A.
Panel Discussion
40 minutes total (30 min discussion + 10 min Q&A). Moderated conversation between experts.
Workshops
60 minutes total. Keep introductions short (5–10 minutes). Include group activities and practical learning.
Quick Checklist Before Submission
- Register for the conference first.
- Prepare your abstract in English (≤ 250 words).
- Include all author details and contact information.
- Attach JPG figures or tables, if any.
- Submit to abstract.afpiconwb26@gmail.com with subject line: “Abstract Submission - AFPICON WB 2026”.
Scientific committee decisions are final. Authors will be notified by email regarding acceptance and schedule.
